A good system starts with good layout. We plan zones around how each part of the landscape uses water. Sunny lawn, shady beds and new plantings all have different needs. What to expect on a repair visit

- System check. Our technician runs each zone, looks at heads, valves and the controller, and traces the problem to its source.
- Clear recommendation. We explain what’s wrong and what it will take to fix before doing work beyond the visit.
- Repair and re-test. After repairs we run the zone again to confirm coverage, and adjust heads so water lands where it should.
Smarter watering tips
- Water early. Early-morning cycles lose less to evaporation and give leaves time to dry, which helps reduce disease.
- Adjust with the seasons. Your lawn needs far less water in spring and fall than in July and August.
- Skip after a good rain. Pausing the controller after a soaking rain saves water and money.
- Split long cycles on clay. Several short cycles let water soak in instead of running off.
