Our home county, and the core of our service area.

One climate, many neighborhoods

Every community we serve shares the same basic growing conditions. The entire area falls in USDA plant hardiness zone 8b on the 2023 map, with long, humid summers, mild winters and more than 50 inches of rain in a typical year. Much of the metro sits on heavy clay, including expansive Yazoo clay, which swells when wet and shrinks when dry. What changes from place to place is everything else: lot sizes, neighborhood rules, historic character, city landscape ordinances and how each property drains. That’s why we start every project with a site visit, not a template.

Why hire a local landscape company?

A landscape is a long-term investment, and it helps to work with a team that’s nearby and knows the area. Local experience matters when it comes to:
