Stone patios and outdoor rooms
A patio is usually the heart of a backyard. We offer many stone patio design options, from the material itself to the layout and how the patio connects to the house, lawn and planting beds. Our portfolio includes relaxing patio areas off the back door, larger entertaining patios and stone areas tucked into the garden.
Garden paths and walkways
A good path does more than get you from point A to point B. It slows you down, frames the planting and invites people into the garden. We love creating new paths, from a curving walk through azalea beds to a straight, formal approach under an arbor.
Stone front entrances
First impressions start at the front walk. We design stone entry steps and walks in proportion to the house, with planting that softens the edges and leads visitors to the door.
Courtyards
Courtyards call for careful detail because every inch is on display. Our courtyard work combines paving, clipped shrubs, focal points such as fountains, and seasonal color for an intimate space that feels finished year-round.

Why natural stone?

Built for central Mississippi ground
A patio is only as good as what’s underneath it. Much of Madison, Hinds and Rankin counties sits on dense clay that swells when wet and shrinks when dry, and heavy rain is common. That’s why we plan base preparation, slope and water run-off before the first stone is set. Surface water needs somewhere to go, away from the house and off the patio, so the finished work stays level and dry. If the yard has a bigger water problem, drainage work such as a French drain can be built into the same project.
Because our design/build process starts with planning, questions like “where does water go?” and “how will this tie into the lawn?” get answered on paper, not after the stone is down. For larger or sloped sites, our licensed landscape architect can plan the layout and grades as part of a full site plan.

- Site visit and ideas: how you want to use the space, how many people, sun and shade, access for materials.
- Design: layout, stone selection and how the hardscape connects to planting and lawn.
- Proposal: a written scope so you know what’s included.
- Installation: our crews build the project and finish it with planting, so you don’t have to hire a second company.
- Care: keep the surrounding beds and lawn looking their best with our maintenance services.

Yes. We can design the patio to fit what’s already there and replant around it so it looks like it was always meant to be.
Do you only build the stonework, or the whole landscape?
Either. We can build a single patio or handle a full custom design/build project with planting, irrigation, landscape lighting and outdoor living features.
