RESPONSIBILITIES:

-Meet Quality Standards, Budgeted Requirements, and Customer Expectations

-Direct Supervision of Assigned Crew Members

-Communicate and Coordinate with Management and Administrative Employees

-Communicate with Customers (Schedule, Expectations, Specific Needs)

-College Degree in Related Field and/or 2+ Years Landscape Experience

-Valid Drivers License and Clean Driving Record

-Ability to Read Landscape Plans and Layout

-Exceptional Client-Service Skills and a Sense of Ownership of Responsibilities

-Willingness to Follow All Company Policies and Safety Requirements

$14+/hr (Based on Experience)

-Performance Based Bonus (50% Gross Profits Above Estimated Budget)
